Studies have shown plants contribute to improved air quality, reduced stress and improved well being - things we all desire when we are relaxing at home and especially on vacation. But you don’t want to waste your money buying plants that will wither and die.
peace+plants is a biophilic design studio offering plantscaping and plant support to harmonize nature in residential, office and retail spaces. We are happy to offer special rates on peace + plants packages to the clients of Home Sweet City.
peace+plants design takes all the guesswork out of bringing live plants into a rental property. Through an in-person or virtual consultation we will provide a comprehensive custom plant plan. With your plan in hand you can do it yourself or opt for a full service plant installation. Check out this sneak peak of all the plants that can work in a short term rental. Custom Pricing Packages for Belong Here Clients

1 hour in-home or virtual consultation is specially priced at $150 for Belong Here clients. During the consultation we will walk-through your home and discuss design ideas, environment and options. Following the consultation we will provide a plant plan that has everything you need to green up your space at your own pace. It includes:
Curated plant selections for your environment and style
Links to planters, grow lights, and other resources to make maintaining your plants simple and low maintenance
Easy care instructions for each plant
Plant care tips & tricks to ensure your plants thrive
Belong Here price $150

Starting at $200+ per room. Our full service option is a room by room plant installation option that includes the plant styling consultation (see above) plus:
3 small, 2 medium or 1 large plant per room
Hand selected healthy plants and trees
Potted in self-watering pots using organic high quality soil
Preventative pest treatments
Install grow lights as needed
White glove installation with floor/shelf protection
budget breakdown
The $200 per room budget estimate includes common plants, standard self-watering pots, potting materials, service and installation.
Additional charges may apply for grow lights, uncommon plants and elevated pots.
Delivery fee included.
Itemized bill provided.
*This package is great if you prefer to have us fully complete a room for you from start to finish.

$50 monthly maintenance subscription plan is payable per month and includes watering, preventative pest treatment, cleaning and pruning. If plants need to be repotted or replaced additional fees may apply.
